Board Member.

Zhang Yao

Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

Zhang Yao is the founder of the company and has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. From 2022 to the present, he has applied his years of experience in power and new energy technologies to pioneer the field of aquatic propulsion. Leading his team, he has successively completed industrial design, structural design, control system design, fluid dynamics analysis, and strength and stiffness analysis for marine outboard engines.

Xiao

Co-founder and Board Member.

Xiao serves as a company founder and has been the Technical Director since its establishment. He was previously in charge of the National Ministry of Science and Technology’s Innovation Fund project for small and medium-sized enterprises, leading the “Distribution Network Automation and Management System” project, and was a primary drafter of the national standard for “6kV~35kV Direct Access Electricity Meters.”

Liang Yuan

Co-founder and Board Member.

Liang Yuan is a founder and director of the company, and has served as the Director of Product Design since its establishment. Before joining the company, he worked as a naval architect and engineer in Essen, Germany, and has extensive experience in ship design.
